Strada Puppiola, 15 Parma Tour of production and aging of parmigiano reggiano cheese. March 11 Academia Barilla Largo Calamendrei 3a, Parma Introduction to the Barilla company through a review of their tradition and current business goals. Barilla via Mantova 166, Parma Dry pasta production plant tour followed by lunch at the company headquarters. Travel to Torino Eataly via Nizza, Torino Group dinner at Ristorante Disguido. March 12 Cantine Marchesi di Barolo via Roma 1, Barolo Tour of Barolo wine cellars followed by a tasting of typical cheese, cured meats and ravioli with a glass of Barolo wine. Ferrero Rocher Piazzale Pietro Ferrero, Alba Tour of the confectionary production facility featuring products such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Bueno and Nutella. March 13 Baruffaldi Gorgonzola via Roma 32, Castellazzo Novarese Tour of Gorgonzola production facility followed by a tasting of gorgonzola cheese. Guffanti Formaggi via Milano 140, Arona Nordovest Tour of cheese aging caves followed by a tasting of four different types of cheese served with wine and mostarde. Farewell dinner in Torino.
